What we deploy
Each item below is one workflow we can deploy for your reps, account managers and sales leaders, on your CRM, call recorder, calendar and inbox. Every one names what the person receives, what it runs on, and what it is allowed to do without asking. Most teams start with the one that costs them the most time.
For your reps and account managers
01 / Start of day
One message per rep, before the first meeting.
Today’s meetings with context, deals that need attention, new leads worth calling first, and anything promised that has not happened yet.
02 / Before the call
The time a rep spends on LinkedIn and old CRM notes, done before they open the invite.
A written brief on a target or strategic account: how it is organized, what it is prioritizing, recent news, where you already have a foothold, and who you have not met yet.
Every new lead researched and checked against your ideal customer profile before a rep touches it. Company, role, fit and a short reason are written to the record, and poor fits are routed away from the queue.
A score built from your own closed-won history and live signals (fit, engagement, timing), updated as behaviour changes, so the call list is ordered by likelihood instead of by date.
A one-page brief attached to every external meeting: who is attending and what they own, account history, open questions from the last conversation, recent company news, and a suggested agenda.
03 / After the call
One recording feeds all three. This is usually the first workflow worth deploying.
A summary logged to the deal, plus the fields your reps skip: stage, next step, close date, contacts and your qualification framework fields. Stage and amount changes wait for a one-click confirmation.
What was learned, what is still unknown, and where the deal is exposed, measured against the framework you already sell with.
A recap email in the rep’s voice, with the agreed next steps and the right attachments, waiting in their drafts. Matching tasks are created in the CRM with due dates.
04 / Moving the deal
Built from everything the deal has already produced.
A brief for the second and third meeting: what each earlier call established, emails since, open questions, and stakeholders not yet met.
Tailored one-pagers, business cases, mutual action plans and first-draft proposals, built from your approved templates and messaging and what this buyer actually said.
At closed-won, a handoff for onboarding or customer success: what was sold, why they bought, who matters, what was promised, and the risks the rep already knows about.
05 / Existing customers
For account managers, started 60 to 90 days before the date.
Usage and support history where you track it, open risks, stakeholder changes and expansion angles, pulled into one brief, with a first-draft QBR deck built from your template.
For sales leaders
Three workflows for the people who run the team. The rubric, the pipeline rules and the definition of a good deal are yours, and reps see the same scores and flags their manager sees.
Every recorded call scored against your rubric, with the moments worth reviewing and a short coaching note. A weekly roll-up per rep, so one-on-ones start from patterns rather than the one call you sat in on.
Before the weekly pipeline meeting, each rep’s changes since last week: slipped close dates, stage moves without evidence, deals with no next step, and commit deals at risk.
A monthly read of closed deals and the calls behind them: why you won, where you lost, which competitors came up, and what buyers actually said about them.
Runs without a rep
A demo request is enriched, qualified, scored and routed to the right rep within minutes, with a reply and booking link ready. Poor fits go to a nurture path instead of a rep’s calendar.
A target account raises money, hires for the role you sell to, or a past champion changes jobs. The account is researched, contacts are found, and a first touch is drafted and queued in your sequence.
Every open deal checked daily: no next step, no activity, a close date in the past, one contact only, or a champion who has left. The owner gets an alert with a suggested action, and the manager gets the weekly list.
Every week, likely duplicates are queued for a one-click merge, missing fields are filled from enrichment, and stale contacts and job changes are flagged to the owner.
Deals lost on timing are watched for the moment timing changes: a new budget year, a new leader, a funding round. The owner gets a check-in drafted with the reason it is worth sending now.
Accounts approaching renewal are checked for risk: falling engagement, a champion who has left, open issues. The account manager is alerted and the renewal brief is started.
What it is allowed to do
Every workflow is set to one of four levels, agreed in writing before it goes live. Most start one level lower than they end up, and move up once the output has earned it. How far it goes is your decision.
Briefings, alerts, scores and debriefs. Nothing changes until a person acts.
Emails, collateral and CRM changes, ready for a one-click review.
Logging notes, creating tasks, routing leads, enriching records. Logged and reversible.
Off by default. Switched on only when you choose it, after we have walked through the risks, with automated checks before anything goes out, volume limits, monitoring, and a stop switch someone on your side owns.
What it runs on
If you have a CRM, a call recorder and a shared calendar, most of this list is possible. Some of it your tools already do and nobody has switched on. The workflow review tells you which, before you pay for anything built.
Each workflow is deployed one at a time, tested against your real records, and maintained after launch, so it stays correct when your CRM, your process or the underlying model changes.
Running something else? Bring it to the discovery call. The first question is always what you already run.
